Since we have limited bookings we request guests to kindly inform us change of plans or cancellations. No shows can attract a 50% cancellation fee.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. In case of uninformed late arrivals the appointment will be shifted to the next available appointment time.

We don’t have any specific dress codes, before the massage you can change into comfortable disposable undergarments in our spa. Nudity is not permitted in the spa or the wet areas.

Please consult your doctor and on his/her approval notify the spa team while making your appointments. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended. The treatment may be refused on physical verification at the spa.

Your doctor can best advise you on which treatments are safe. We also suggest that you avoid treatments unless recommended and guided by your doctor.

Some of our spas have a 5% service charge that will be automatically added to your bill.

We recommend you do not carry any valuables to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please thoroughly check the spa room before leaving.

We ensure that all safety measures are taken into account, however we request guest to be careful and cautious while using the spa or any of the spa facilities. The spa or the hotel is not liable for any accidents, injuries caused at the spa.

Young adults between the ages of 12–17 may freely enjoy the following without the supervision of a parent or guardian: Services in Salon areas such as make-up, pedicures, manicures and hair services.
However, Young adults must be supervised by parent or guardian while participating in Spa Services including massage and body treatments, facials or any one-on-one services.
